Over 2000 businesses applied, and Annie Barr Associates were chosen as the winners of the North East and were amongst the 15 businesses in the final. Local Business Accelerators was organised by the Newspaper Society and sponsored by Business is Great.
The LBA scheme provides an invaluable boost to hundreds of promising young business across the UK through the campaign prize of free advertising in their local newspaper and mentoring from local business leaders. Although we didn’t win, we were delighted to be in the final and meet Deborah Meadon.
