Care Certificate Celebration Ceremony

Our Care Certificate Training course for Delegates and Assessors has become one of our most popular courses amongst CCGs and CEPNs since its creation just over a year ago.

It was developed in response to the introduction of the Care Certificate in March 2015, which replaced the National Minimum Training Standards and Common Induction Standards for Healthcare Assistants, Assistant Practitioners and Care Support Workers. It is underpinned by the 6 Cs (Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage and Commitment) and sets out the learning outcomes and standards of behaviour expected from these staff groups. Our course provides the fundamental skills and knowledge needed to become competent in the Care Certificate Standards and thus provide safe, effective and compassionate care.

On September 15th we held the second Care Certificate Celebration Ceremony at Hornsey Town Hall for those who have successfully completed the course. A passage was read out for each delegate, and one-by-one they were called down to collect their certificate and Care Certificate badge as acknowledgement of their hard work.

Our Care Certificate course is a great fundamental programme from which you can build on to progress your career in healthcare and we wish all of our delegates the best of luck.

Once again congratulations to all delegates who passed, you have worked so hard and should be very proud! And a big thank you those involved in the organising of the course and celebration ceremony – a great day was had by all.
